HOW DOES IT WORK?
For a translation, I need to see your document to assess if I can do the job, and do it within your time frame. My rates vary according to difficulty, turnaround, and extra work required. Civil status documents have a flat fee. I apply the word count for translation and an hourly rate for all other services and extra work on a translation.
You can email, fax or send me a sample for me to decide if I can take on your job. If not, I might be able to direct you towards other colleagues. For documents over 2 pages long, I will write a contract. It will give you an estimate of the word count in the target language, the time and method of delivery, the rate, estimated total amount due, time and method of payment.

HOW CAN WE PAY FOR IT?
I only accept checks, cash if paid upon delivery. The total balance is due when you receive an invoice. Prepayment for fixed rates translations. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to late payments.
